BioWell let's see...my life has been a little chaotic pretty much since I was born. I suppose now at 24 I am trying to sort out all of my past and all of my maladaptive coping strategies...if for no other reason than I am going to grad school to be a therapist! So this journal is about my life long struggle with anorexia, depression, self-mutilation and my abuse history. I also include some of my reactions to my day to day life stressors as well and some insight I have learned along the way. Enjoy!
